What is strength? Like being one of the StrongBodies, strength means different things to different people. Mobility, Stability, and awareness are indicators of strength along with resilience, speed and power. The true measure of strength is left to the individual to determine their solution to the mystery. How do you define strength?
We offer excellent coaching and instruction to guide each and every one of the Strongbodies to their potential. For some, this means enabling the ability to compete in sports like martial arts or marathon running. For others, developing the strength and balance to carry groceries and raise young children are top priorities. Preventing injuries and slowing the effects of aging is entrenched in all of our programming and goals. Regardless of the goals and outcomes, our coaches are there for you to learn, grow, and develop. StrongBodies coaches will train you, help you to avoid injuries, and give you the best chance to achieve excellence using the most efficient methods available.
